I woke up to the smell of coffee brewing in the morning throughout my entire childhood and until I left home for college.
Nothing says, “wake up” like that delicious smell. I have been guilty of hitting the coffee shop for my daily cup of coffee for years. Thanks to my new BUNN HB Coffeemaker I have found my inner barista! I can enjoy a perfect, smooth, and flavorful cup of coffee at home. This coffeemaker is programmable too so I can wake up to that smell every morning again.

I am going to make my own homemade coffee creamer as an additional little treat for the holidays from this recipe that I got from BHG.com.
EGG NOG COFFEE CREAMER:
2 cups heavy cream, half-and-half, or milk*
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons rum extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a 1-quart canning jar combine all of the ingredients; seal.
Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving.
Makes 3 1/4 cups.
Just look at that perfect pour. Not a drop spilled with the spout and lid design of the carafe.
